His experience includes managing construction projects from initial planning and budgeting through execution and completion, providing a practical understanding of construction costs, project feasibility, contractor performance, and the risks associated with real estate development.

That experience forms the foundation of Kerr Capital Group's approach to evaluating lending opportunities. Each potential investment is considered not simply as a financial transaction, but as an underlying real estate project requiring disciplined underwriting, realistic construction assumptions, appropriate collateral, and a clear path to repayment.

Kerr Capital Group utilizes an independent Fund Verification Monitoring System to provide an additional level of financial oversight.

Independent accounting professionals quarterly review and verify specified fund information and financial records. The process is designed to provide greater transparency regarding the deployment and administration of investor capital.

Quarterly verification procedures may include review of selected bank activity, loan balances, investor capital, fund transactions, and supporting documentation in accordance with the procedures established for the fund.

This independent verification function is separate from the day-to-day management of Kerr Capital Group.
